Shipping costs
All prices stated in the catalogue are given both net and gross (including/excluding VAT). The prices stated do not include delivery charges.
Delivery within Germany costs € 6.00.
For orders within european union, excluding the Benelux countries (the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg), delivery charges vary between €7,00 until 500 gr., €11,00 until 1000 gr., €19,50 until 2000 gr. and €29,50 over 2000 gr.
Orders placed in the Benelux countries are subject to a flat delivery charge of € 9.00.
Orders to the rest of the world and not european union countries are subject to delivery charges ranging between €7,00 until 500 gr., €11,00 until 1000 gr., €19,50 until 2000 gr. and €29,50 over 2000 gr.

For orders paid in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is made to the transferring bank. For other payment methods it begins on the day after conclusion of contract. It expires at the end of the last day of the delivery period. If the last day of the delivery period is a Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised in the customer’s region, the last day shall be deemed to be the next working day.
