4. Right of Cancellation
Consumers have a right to cancel within 14 days. When you submit your order you will receive a detailed cancellation policy in line with statutory provisions.

5. Exceptions from Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply in the case of distance contracts: - in contracts that we conclude with entrepreneurs as under Section 14 German Civil Code. - for the supply of goods that are not ready-made and the manufacture of which requires an individual choice or specification by the consumer or that are tailored uniquely to the consumer’s personal requirements. If no instruction is given in respect of the right to cancel or is defective, the right of cancellation shall expire one year after the expiry of the 14-day period.

Delivery charges outside Germany are calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods, the method of delivery and the destination country.

For orders paid in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is made to the transferring bank. For other payment methods it begins on the day after conclusion of contract. It expires at the end of the last day of the delivery period. If the last day of the delivery period is a Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised in the customer’s region, the last day shall be deemed to be the next working day.
Notes on the German Packaging Ordinance
The regulations of the Packaging Ordinance require us to ensure that the packaging used for our products is disposed of correctly. For this purpose Pete Chenaski Experience has joined the Zentek “dual system” for recycling.
As a private customer you may recycle our packaging using your usual waste sorting system, e.g. the yellow sack (Germany) or recycling bag/bin (UK) to dispose of the packaging.
